  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at booking.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to check-in unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
  • Cancellation Policy: Refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@druvyaholidayhomes.com
  • Guest Responsibilities: Guests must comply with all house rules, including no smoking, no pets (except service animals), and no unauthorized events or guests.
  • Liability: We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Third-Party Bookings: Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions in addition to ours.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
