  • Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or an alternative accommodation option of equal or greater value.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable, as indicated at the time of booking.
  • Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused portions of your stay.
  • Modifications: Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No refunds for rate differences if modified within 7 days of check-in.
  • Force Majeure: No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), but we will offer rescheduling options where possible.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 30 days of the check-out date.
