- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable booking fees.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before check-in qualify for a 50% refund of the booking amount, excluding non-refundable fees.
- No Refund: Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, except in cases outlined under Force Majeure.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings, such as promotional or discounted rates, may be non-refundable as indicated during the booking process.
- Cancellation by Us: If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or an offer for alternative accommodation of equal or greater value.
- Force Majeure: Cancellations due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) may not be refunded, but we will offer rescheduling options where possible.
- Cancellation Process: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@druvyaholidayhomes.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Third-Party Bookings: Cancellations for bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their cancellation policies in addition to ours.
